Through the partnership, we aim:
We intend to address the following themes and problems:
We would like to achieve the above objectives through new and creative approaches. The teachers are expected to fit the project themes, problems and activities into the school curriculum. The most valuable projects are those that have been successfully integrated into the curriculum involving different school subjects. The partnership will involve a multidisciplinary team of teachers. Involved teachers will be required to use the opportunities offered by new technologies and computer-assisted teaching and learning to assist students to become autonomous lifelong learners in the knowledge-based Europe of the future. Teachers are also expected to take some other approaches and use techniques as cross-cultural and transnational approach to the project themes, student-centered teaching, brainstorming and flexibility to motivate students.
- to stimulate students to discover their regions and other project partners local features (treasures);
- to encourage them to develop their lifelong learning skills through stimulating their curiosity, creativity and participating in discussions and debates, exchanging data and info, learning foreign languages and using new technologies and digital technique;
- to empower students to communicate across cultures and to learn about the cultural diversity within the EU;
- to develop our students team building, cooperative and decision taking skills;
- to strengthen and promote European citizenship;
- to stimulate our students demands for learning and personal developement and to raise their self-confidence;
- to help the school staff realize advantages of working together and facing similar challenges;
- to raise the quality of education through exchange of good practice and new pedagogical ideas;
- to improve the international dimensions of our schools and to develop partnerships and cooperation as opportunities for increasing school attractiveness and avoiding early school leaving;
- to encourage students to improve their communication skills in mother and foreign language.
